Personality

Having "lived" for more than a hundred years, Kirsten has had more of a chance to discover and define her personality. Certainly far more time than those who are the age that she will forever look. A lot of that has been through trial and error, and nearly a hundred years of seeing people die. Perhaps more than most, she understands the need for levity and light-hearted-ness in your life, something she tries to impress upon her reapers. While she does have her silly and goofy tendencies, she is also capable of being stern and businesslike, particularly when it comes to new reapers. Although she is probably the "youngest" (or was at time of death) in her team, she's had years of practice of throwing her weight around and standing up to "her elders" ... all of whom were born after her.

After having worked in External Influence for most of her Reaper "career," she is happy to be in Natural Causes. Seeing so much violent and horrible death, especially after her own, was just too much for her at times. She treats her patients, both those whom she has to reap as well as those whose time has not yet come, with care and love, knowing that the time they have is precious. She is, admittedly, a bit jealous of her reaps, knowing that they died naturally and (usually) at a far older age than she herself did, but she would never begrudge them a calm and quiet death.

Biggest character flaw: She's not as trusting of people as she used to be. It takes a while for people to win her trust, and she's quick to remove it if they don't act deserving of it.
